Meet Shellina Borgman
LPC
I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and healing at their own pace. My work is grounded in deep respect for each individual’s lived experience, autonomy, and inherent capacity for growth.
I specialize in supporting individuals and their partners navigating Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), including open relationships, polyamory, and relationship transitions, and well as offering information about the safe practice of Kink and BDSM. I approach this work without judgment, helping clients build communication skills, strengthen boundaries, process attachment wounds, and cultivate fulfilling, consensual connections.
I integrate trauma-focused techniques to help clients process past experiences that may impact intimacy, desire, trust, and self-worth. My goal is to support healing that not only reduces distress but also fosters deeper self-understanding, pleasure, and relational authenticity.
