Does the practice take insurance?
Yes! Please call for a review of insurances accepted.

Insurance Verification Information

We are happy to assist you with a review of the insurances we accept. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your contact information. Our team will return your call in the order it was received (within one business day).
While our administrative team will conduct a general eligibility check for your insurance, please note that this does not guarantee in-network status. It is the responsibility of the patient or guarantor to verify in-network coverage with their insurance provider.

Do you offer teletherapy (online) or in person therapy?
Both. We can discuss which you prefer! In general, our healthcare providers like to try to complete the initial visit in-person, but there is flexibility based on client circumstance. Our physical location is in West Chester, Ohio. Due to state licensing laws, we can only provide services to residents of Ohio at this time. You must be physically in the state at
the time of your appointment if using teletherapy.
Does the practice honor the No Surprises Act?
Yes. If you are not using insurance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected changes after scheduling your initial appointment so that you are aware of all fees, and you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of what medication management and/or therapy will cost for the first year! Are visits confidential?
Yes. There are only a couple exceptions. One is when we are required by law to disclose info about your care at the practice. Even then, we will only give the minimum necessary information as required by the law. The other time is with your written permission for people or agencies you decide it would be helpful to be aware of and involved of your progress in therapy.
