Welcome, seeking help can be a rough and complicated process. A little about me as a counselor, I like to try and understand the person as a whole and work towards their goals through a collaborative process. Every human is unique, and I want to embrace that.
 

I have had over 5 years of experience in the field of Addiction Treatment. Through this experience I learned to embrace the process of growth. I was able to see the profound impact mental health could have on an individuals’ life and became passionate about the field. I got my Masters at Xavier University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and today I use a collaborative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. My objectives are to help address your goals and work together through evidence-based practices to reach them.

I find that human sexuality is a deeply personal aspect of the self. While not often shared openly it can be significant to an individual’s identity. With that in mind I enjoy creating a safe non-judgmental space where clients can address and explore sexual and non-sexual aspects of
themselves. I continue to invest their time in cross-cultural competencies to work on creating stronger awareness on how to best serve each client in their unique ways and continuing to advocate for diverse populations.
