Meet Elizabeth Fox
APRN, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping others navigate their mental health journey. With over a decade of experience in the field, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and have been practicing as a PMHNP since 2022.
Mental health is not one-size-fits-all. I believe everyone deserves to have their unique needs heard, validated, and treated with care. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I take pride in offering personalized care that is not only based on clinical expertise but also a deep commitment to listening to and understanding each individual.
I specialize in prescribing psychiatric medications and providing ongoing supportive care throughout your journey. By actively collaborating with you, I will help you create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, ensuring that you feel empowered and involved in your own healing process. Things happen in life that may be out of your control. It's okay to ask for and receive help when times get tough. You are not alone, and together we can find a path forward.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother to two beautiful children. I love spending time with my family and friends, and I have a deep love for travel, reading, and embracing new adventures. I believe in the power of learning and trying new things, both personally and professionally. My passion for growth fuels my desire to help others grow as well.
If you're facing mental health struggles, I encourage you to reach out. I’m here to help you succeed and would be honored to be part of your journey to better mental health.
